Introduction
🤖 Recently we built an AI Agent at Langtrace called Morgan. Morgan is responsible for customer research. Morgan does everything from research on new leads and signups to identifying product usage behaviour and patterns by looking at analytics data of customers. And, Slack is a perfect medium to interact with Morgan on a daily basis. Morgan also has full understanding of Langtrace's offerings and pro-actively analyzes leads for buying intent and also writes personalized email copies if needed.
